Appreciate your creative documentation of the unusually barren and quiet Hong Kong wet market scene! You demonstrate an ability to be innovative and showcase good attempts at capturing the eerie state of this space.
Worm’s eye – great choice of subject matter to use the escalators, however, to achieve a more accurate/full worm’s eye, the camera needs to be closer to the ground.
Skewed angle – this shot is more accurately a perspective view. A skewed angle requires it to be tilted.
Other shots of particular interest and success are your crop, perspective, view frame and bird’s eye (this also doubles as skewed!).
Overall, this is a good set of photographic work. It could be further improved with more detail descriptions for your comments.
