[FIELD-HOMEWORK 3] Music of the ‘everything’

Music of the everything

As the days with Corona Virus in the world passed, more and more she had started to notice that everything around seemed to carry meanings. ‘Everything sang’, just like Denis Wood had said in the title of his article.

This documentary will portray a short walk in the town of villas in Bangalore, India, but with a view that sheds spotlights on everyday factors that now carries meanings. The background music will be silent most of the time, as this would effectively carry the real sound of the surrounding and give it surrealist point of view. A calm narration is to take place in 3rd person view, explaining the meanings of the subjects and objects. This overall aims to show how even the seemingly peaceful spaces are now affected due to the current incidents.

Appreciate that you are looking into a specific locale in Bangalore that you narrate as a journey. Your storyboard has a clear narration, however, it could benefit with more insightful views / readings / research into the mundane aspects of this walk-seeing that is taking place. What are we looking at and why is it important? Consider the point you want to convey to audiences that is related to this concept of “‘music’ of everything”.
