So when creating a city, which parts of detailed would you choose to recreate and which ones would you leave out in order to stay within the budget? Thanks for your sharing
Yes, budget is the key reason. Sometimes, we also face location restriction and time limitation.
We usually choose to focus on noticeable portion, that we are sure will be filmed, or those close to main acting area and interaction with actors. For the rest parts, if we may afford we’d still change them, change those elements that are definitely wrong. Otherwise, we can only forget it, and hope you won’t notice them.
