Seriality These pictures showcases a series of the symbolic red lampshades of stalls in wet markets of Hong Kong. Also known as egg lamps, the lights give out a soft, atmospheric glow which makes the food more appealing and brings the customers focus to the food. I intentionally make the surroundings of this series of photos darker so the focus on the tone of the red lamps is more emphasized.
Contrast Two connected streets of the wet market has a great difference in the crowdedness
Perspective This shows the direction of flow of people as well as vehicles on the street.

You have a good eye for contrast, especially in the Crop Shot and the View Frame Shot. Both photos are done beautifully with a strong contrast of something in the foreground versus the colourful subject matter behind. Your close up shots turned out more successful and convey a stronger image, if that is something you are interested in, you can definitely explore in this direction.
