[Field-Homework 2] Avoiding the Unavoidable

The Ordinary way

Psychological effect

I can be seen that a lot of people use different ways to open the door in public in attempt to reduce coming into direct contact with germs that are highly likely to be found on the door handles, even though it gets sterilise four times a day. This is one of the examples that I have seen, however, I doubt that this method actually helps. These methods only have a psychological effect that makes people feel better.

How it got brought home

  1. Annie Lye says:

Appreciate the attempt at testing camera techniques, although it does not strictly satisfy the 5 points of view that we asked for in the homework brief (e.g. crop, skew, perspective, etc.) And what is your response to the question of urban infrastructure? Do you see the entryway door as an urban infrastructure? If so, do articulate this in your text description or in the way your video presents it. In your annotation, what exactly do you mean by “the male way”?

Lastly, could you help us in identifying the location where these videos were shot?
