Field Trip 2: The Tram

1. Framing

This video uses window of tram to separate the view inside and outside the tram.

2. Focus

This video focus on the object near by the tram so the view outside is blurred.

3. Fish eyes

This video uses the fish eye view to look to the street when travelling on the tram.

4. Time-lapse photography

This video uses time-lapse photography to record the view in front of the tram.

5. Slow motion

This video uses slow motion to record the view on the other tram. This video surprise me as the male passenger who is looking at the camera is actually my friend, that I do not supposed to record.  I think this make the video amazing. This is a great moment when you are record in slow motion, you meet with your friend by chance, but you are in the different trams which travel at different direction. Is it lucky or unlucky if people meet with this place, this time?

Good try on different techniques, yet be conscious of the reasons of the techniques used and the message you would like to convey. The slow motion captures the tram of the opposite direction may have potentials to elaborate more. Interesting to see your friend there! Maybe even more amazing if you can record you guys talking via the windows! We often see tram drivers talk to each other when the 2 opposite trams move near.
