[Field-Homework 1] Imprisoned Routine

Space: Living room

Camera Location: From interior to exterior

1. Wide-angle: Reach Another Territory

2. Zoom: Seclude

3. Focus: Space Out

4. Crop: Bridge with the Outside World

5. Bird’s eye/aerial: Empty Place

6. Worm’s eye: Stretch

7. First person view: Sterilize

8. Skewed angle: “Armed” Mom

This photo features my mum with protections for going out. Mask and glasses become essential items after the breaking out of the virus. The skewed angle heightens the seriousness of the preparation. It also shows the fear of the virus.

9. Perspective: Immerse in the Acoustic Room

10. View frame: Distance

11. Chiaroscuro/Contrast: Zone Out

12. Seriality: Packed Area

Demonstrates a good understanding of the task – you have demonstrated a good grasp of the camera techniques. This set of photographs will be strengthened by fuller annotations to articulate and highlight you thinking on the subject matter in the individual photographs as well as of the series.
Perspective – How is this a perspective? Are you referring to the 1-point perspective vanishing lines of the piano (towards the left)?
Chiaroscuro – Well composed in its symmetry and you took advantage of the natural back lighting. This is similar to the scene from Ghost in the Shell.
Seriality – Funny but relatable. What would the third photo in this series be like / contain?
