I would like to focus on the various vanishing street food stalls in the Mong Kok area, especially those in small alleyways. The colour palette would be various moody shades of green, grey, and brown. I feel like this is worthy to study for my final project as these stalls are vital parts of Hong Kong’s urban culture.
