Question to Director Chan

I noticed that there are very limited amount of moving frames. Is there a particular reason to choose still and wide frames over moving ones? Also, it seems that long shots on one particular character other than reaction shots between dialogues were preferred. How does that correlate to the plot of the movie or how does it portray the relationships between characters?
