LIVING ROOM : Interior to Exterior

Chiaroscuro: Home-schooling in my living room, due to the outbreak of the virus.
FPV/ POV: Home screening became one of my favorite entertainment (Not a K-Drama fan but only joining on the bandwagon as my mother rec.)
Wide Angle: An overview of my living space I just prefer the monochrome cause it correlates to the loneliness I’m having during this period. What a life.
Dutch Angle: Worn jacket are hanged on the balcony for 24 hours just to keep them bacterias away (other garments are washed)
Crop: Wet tissues’ important for cleansing
Focus: Sanitising materials have now become part of our life, I need some restock.
Zoom: A sneak peak of the balcony situation of my neighbouring below
Worm Angle: The only way to reach out for sunlight and fresh air- the balcony
Birds Eye: Sneak peaking the tennis court below
Perspective: Its now a privilege to sit on a couch to enjoy a sunny view during the outbreak of the virus
View Frame: Me, as much as most of the others, stuck at our living space. Theres a sense of loneliness when you look into the mirror
Seriality: Exercising at home when you can’t head to the gym these days

Technique Description: (Focus)

The use of  “focus” directs the viewers/ audience attention to the obvious subject, for this case, the sanitisers and wet tissues. With the severe outbreak of COVID 19, hygiene have been high key important to our daily life, the use of “focus” highlights these substances that helps us go through this period of time, as well, with the help of lightings, the objects isolates itself from the dark background, so in a way, accompanied by the help of contrast lightings, the health crisis idea if well emphasised here

This title is a refreshingly optimistic and positive outlook on the quarantine life at home. Your series of photos demonstrate a solid understanding of the task that takes on a personal, creative approach and strong visual sensitivity. Particularly striking are these:
Chiaroscuro, pov, dutch angle – reminiscent of a scene from Chungking Express when Tony Leung’s character is in his apartment talking to his clothes and we see various montage, close-up shots of these inanimate objects.
Seriality – stunning framing and intriguing narrative here in your home-exercise routine.
    Excellent job overall!
