Field Trip 3: Lippo Centre

Lippo Centre was built in 1988, designed by Paul Rudolph, which has an unique and distinctive design. It consists of twin towers that are all covered with glass walls – that is why it is possible to sight nearby buildings only by looking at Lippo Centre towers (like mirrors). Bridges and skyscrapers beside the Lippo Centre have inspired people to foresee the post-modern society, of which more complicated connections between roads and buildings are expected.
